OCEAN COURT: Proofs of Debt Due on February 1

The creditors of Ocean Court Limited are required to file their 
proofs of debt by February 1, 2008, so they can be included in 
the company's dividend distribution.

The company commenced liquidation proceedings on December 28, 
2007.
