BROOKLYN HOLDINGS: Faces Titan Cranes' Wind-Up Petition

On November 22, 2007, Titan Cranes Limited filed a petition to 
have Brooklyn Holdings Ltd.'s operations wound up.

The petition will be heard before the High Court of Wellington 
on January 22, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
