KALTAK HOLDINGS: Court to Hear Wind-Up Petition on February 14

A petition to have Kaltak Holdings Ltd.'s operations wound up
will be heard before the High Court of Auckland on
Feb. 14, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.

The Commissioner of Inland Revenue filed the petition on
Aug. 14, 2007.
