SLICE N DICE: Placed Under Voluntary Liquidation

Slice n Dice Limited's shareholders agreed on January 18, 2008,
to voluntarily liquidate the company's business.  In line with
this goal, the company has appointed Murray G. Allott to
facilitate the sale of its assets.
