CENTRAL RIGGING: Subject to CIR's Wind-Up Petition

On November 27, 2007, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue filed a
petition to have Central Rigging & Cranes Ltd.'s operations
wound up.

The petition will be heard before the High Court of Auckland on
April 18, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
