KANSKAYA TOBACCO: Court Starts Competitive Proceedings

The Arbitration Court of Krasnoyarsk Krai commenced 
competitive proceedings against OJSC Kanskaya Tobacco Factory 
after finding it insolvent on Nov. 12.  The case is docketed 
under Case No. A33-5638/2007.
