IBL GESELLSCHAFT: Files for Insolvency at Hamburg Court Hamburg-based IBL Gesellschaft fuer Immunchemie und Immunbiologie mbH, a 100% subsidiary of november AG (ISIN DE000A0S9N72), has filed for insolvency on Dec. 20, 2007, with the local court of Hamburg. The company cited illiquidity and over-indebtedness on its balance sheet. This is because the ongoing negotiations with different banks relating to different loans could not be concluded in time before the expiry of the insolvency deadline. |
