Creditors of Common Agricultural Enterprise Druzhba (code EDRPOU 
00706450) have until Jan. 24, 2008, to submit written proofs of 
claims to:

The Economic Court of Kharkov commenced bankruptcy proceedings 
against the company after finding it insolvent.  The case is
