HKM OIL: Claims Registration Ends March 7

The Specialized Inter-Regional Economic Court of Almaty has
declared LLP HKM Oil Contract insolvent on Dec. 7, 2007.

Creditors have until March 7, 2008, to submit written proofs of
claims to:
