XALEX SRL: Files for Reorganization in Buenos Aires Court Xalex S.R.L. has requested for reorganization approval after failing to pay its liabilities. The reorganization petition, once approved by the court, will allow Xalex to negotiate a settlement with its creditors in order to avoid a straight liquidation.
