January 3, 2008   PRODUCTORA DEL OESTE: Files Reorganization Petition in Argentina Productora del Oeste S.A. has requested for reorganization approval after failing to pay its liabilities. The reorganization petition, once approved by the court, will allow Productora del Oeste to negotiate a settlement with its creditors in order to avoid a straight liquidation. The case is pending in the National Commercial Court of First Instance in Buenos Aires.
