TBG GAMMA: Sets Final Shareholders Meeting for Feb. 6

TBG Gamma Limited will hold its final shareholders meeting on
Feb. 6, 2008, at:

      3rd Floor, Par La Ville Place
      14 Par La Ville Road, Hamilton
      Bermuda

These matters will be taken up during the meeting:

   -- receiving an account showing the manner in which
      the winding-up of the company has been conducted
      and its property disposed of and hearing any
      explanation that may be given by the liquidator;

   -- determination by resolution the manner in
      which the books, accounts and documents of the
      company and of the liquidator shall be
      disposed; and

   -- passing of a resolution dissolving the
