LOVAT INVESTMENTS: Proofs of Claim Filing Ends on Feb. 7 Lovat Investments (Cayman) Limited's creditors are given until Feb. 7, 2008, to prove their claims to Maples and Calder, the company's liquidator, or be excluded from receiving any distribution or payment. In their proofs of claim, creditors must indicate their full names, addresses, the full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their lawyers, if any. Lovat Investments' shareholders agreed on Dec. 21, 2007, to place the company into voluntary liquidation under The Companies Law (2004 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.
