STOCKHORN CDO: Sets Final Shareholders Meeting for February 7

Stockhorn CDO, Limited, will hold its final shareholders meeting
on Feb. 7, 2008, at:

             Maples Finance Limited
             Boundary Hall, Cricket Square
             George Town, Grand Cayman
             Cayman Islands

These agendas will be taken during the meeting:

          1) accounting of the winding-up process; and
          2) giving explanation thereof.

Stockhorn CDO's shareholders decided on Nov. 1, 2007, to place
the company into voluntary liquidation under The Companies Law
(2004 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.
