COMPULBIKE SA: Files Reorganization Petition in Argentina Compulbike S.A. has requested for reorganization approval after failing to pay its liabilities since December 2007. The reorganization petition, once approved by the court, will allow Compulbike to negotiate a settlement with its creditors in order to avoid a straight liquidation.
