EMPIRE INT'L: Proofs of Claim Filing Deadline is March 4 Empire International Ltd.'s creditors have until March 4, 2008, to prove their claims to Buchanan Limited, the company's liquidator, or be excluded from receiving any distribution or payment. In their proofs of claim, creditors must indicate their full names, addresses, the full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their lawyers, if any. Empire International's shareholders agreed on Jan. 24, 2008, to place the company into voluntary liquidation under The Companies Law (2004 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.
