April 14, 2008   POWRS 1997-1: Will Hold Final Shareholders on April 17 POWRS 1997-1. will hold its final shareholders' meeting on  April 17, 2008, at Maples Finance Limited, Boundary Hall,  Cricket Square, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. These matters will be taken up during the meeting:                    1) accounting of the winding-up process; and                    2) giving explanation thereof. POWRS 1997-1.'s shareholders agreed on March 6, 2008, to place  the company into voluntary liquidation under The Companies Law (2004 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.
