HYDRA VI: Proofs of Claim Filing Deadline is May 1 Hydra VI Funding Corporation's creditors have until May 1, 2008, to prove their claims to Martin Couch and Giles Kerley, the company's liquidators, or be excluded from receiving any distribution or payment. In their proofs of claim, creditors must indicate their full names, addresses, the full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their lawyers, if any. Hydra VI's shareholders agreed on March 12, 2008, to place the company into voluntary liquidation under The Companies Law (2004 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.
