KHAKIS CAPITAL: Proofs of Claim Filing Deadline Is Until May 15 Khakis Capital Limited's creditors have until May 15, 2008, to prove their claims to Wendy Ebanks and Joshua Grant, the company's liquidators, or be excluded from receiving any distribution or payment. In their proofs of claim, creditors must indicate their full names, addresses, the full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their lawyers, if any. Khakis Capital's shareholder decided on March 28, 2008, to place the company into voluntary liquidation under The Companies Law (2004 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.
